Yoga Path offers classes for the beginner, intermediate, and experienced student. Our teaching staff are dedicated fulltime professional yoga teachers who guide with encouragement, motivation and support to help students discover their own yoga path and realise their true potential.

Beginners classes
For enrolled students participating in the Beginners yoga course. These classes are generally open to casual attendance as well. Learn more about the Beginners course here.
Level 1
The next step beyond Beginners classes on the yoga path. Learn more about the integration of breath awareness in Hatha yoga, explore yoga poses in greater depth and a slightly more challenging level. All classes at Yoga Path work on a progressional basis meaning consistent attendance is rewarded by the progressional development of your yoga practice. Casual attendance also welcome.
Level 2
A class for students with some experience looking to explore the self-awareness and challenge yoga offers in greater detail. Are you ready? Come along and give it go, you might surprise yourself. Casual attendance welcome.
Level 3
For experienced students with a dedicated daily practice.
Composite classes
Classes combining Levels 1 & 2 or Levels 2 & 3 offer tuition to students of both levels and specifically encourage the transition from one level to the next by exploring yoga asana, pranayama and philosophical understanding more closely. All classes at Yoga Path work on a progressional basis meaning consistent attendance is rewarded by the progressional development of your yoga practice. Casual class attendance is also welcome if preferred.

Remember:
- Doors open 15 minutes before each class; classes start punctually
- Keep your teacher informed of any changes to your health
- Better to forego meals 2 hours before class
- Yoga Path is fully equipped, no need to byo mat unless you prefer to use your own
- There is no need to bring a towel, water bottle, mobile phone, wear jewellery or wrist watch
- Yoga Path closes on Public Holidays
