A course for beginners. Learn the basics of yoga beginning with asana, the physical postures of yoga, to encourage fitness, flexibility and muscle tone. Develop breath awareness and mental wellbeing. New Path Course classes are the ideal start of your yoga path and make a great refresher if its been a while since you practiced. Open to casual attendance.
