Nicole came to yoga initially to relieve work related stress and in turn discovered illuminating mental calm and focus. Coupled with the physical strength building elements of yoga and the benefits of improved posture, Nicole left behind long hours at a desk and began a new journey walking the yoga path.

Core to Nicole's approach to communicating the eight limbs of yoga is the foundation of regular practice. Her students know practice strengthens the body and a developed practice can change how we feel physically and mentally. A deepened practice can open us to our full human potential and integrally connect us to the greater universe, the light guiding the yoga path.
