A class for beginners. Learn the basics of yoga beginning with asana, the physical postures of yoga, encouraging fitness, flexibility and muscle tone. Develop breath awareness, release natural energy flow and discover a deeper level of self realisation. New Path Level 1 classes are the ideal start of your yoga path and make a great refresher if its been a while since you practiced. Open to casual attendance.
